Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method orchestrate a plurality of asynchronously operating software agents sharing a single canonical, versioned data structure. An orchestration module enforces optimistic concurrency control keyed to a monotonically increasing version identifier and an atomic compare-and-swap operation, and, upon accepting a write, determines the specific fields modified via a bitmask and invokes, via a dependency graph, only the subset of agents whose declared dependencies are affected, reducing redundant computation and machine-learned-model inference calls relative to full-set re-invocation. A working-copy manager creates copy-on-write duplicates of the canonical data structure, by structural sharing, for hypothetical computation, enforcing data-access-layer isolation from committed state until an explicit commit, and reducing peak memory overhead relative to full duplication. A multimodal ingestion pipeline normalizes heterogeneous structured and unstructured (vision-model-processed) input into a single canonical schema with confidence-weighted, non-destructive handling of low-confidence entries. An invocation-cascade bound prevents runaway automatic re-invocation. In an illustrative financial technology embodiment, these mechanisms drive a digital- twin projection engine, a what-if simulation module, a fraud-detection agent, and a behavioral-incentive agent as exemplary dependency-graph-registered consumers
