Abstract: A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a power supply; a display panel configured to output an image; a backlight unit including a plurality of unit blocks that provide light to the display panel, each of the plurality of unit blocks including a plurality of LEDS; and a backlight dimming controller configured to control a light output from the backlight unit to correspond to the image output through the display panel, wherein the entire area of the display panel is divided into a first local area including a plurality of first unit blocks and a second local area including a plurality of second unit blocks, wherein the power supply is configured to: supply a first driving voltage to a first unit block in the first local area, and supply a second driving voltage different from the first driving voltage to a second unit block in the second local area.
