Abstract: ABSTRACT DEEP LEARNING BASED SYSTEM FOR MONITORING INVASIVE AQUATIC WEEDS UNDER CLIMATE INFLUENCES The present invention discloses a deep learning-based system (100) for monitoring invasive aquatic weeds under climate change influences. The system (100) comprises a data acquisition module (110) with an image capture unit (112), a climate data collection unit (114), and a water quality sensing unit (116) for collecting multimodal data. A data preprocessing module (120), feature extraction module (130), and detection and classification module (140) employing YOLO-based object detection and CNN-based classification process the imagery for multi-species weed identification. A feature concatenation module (150) fuses image-derived features with environmental features. A biomass growth monitoring module (160) estimates weed biomass and tracks growth in relation to climate and water quality variations. The system enables automated detection, classification, and biomass monitoring of invasive aquatic weeds, correlating growth patterns with environmental changes for informed ecological management. [
