Abstract: ABSTRACT Deep Learning Based Smart Surface Antenna for Enhanced 6G Signal Propagation The present disclosure relates to a deep learning based smart surface antenna for enhanced 6G signal propagation, particularly to an intelligent reconfigurable electromagnetic surface configured to control and optimize the propagation of high-frequency wireless signals. The system comprises a plurality of electronically controllable electromagnetic surface elements arranged in an array, a channel-state information acquisition unit, a processing unit, and an electronic control circuit. The surface elements are configured to modify electromagnetic characteristics of incident signals to improve signal propagation toward a desired communication region. The system incorporates a deep learning processing unit configured to analyze channel-state information, received signal strength, phase characteristics, interference conditions, propagation loss, user location, and environmental parameters. Based on the analyzed information, the deep learning model determines optimized control parameters for individual surface elements, including phase shift, reflection amplitude, polarization, and activation state. The optimized parameters are applied through corresponding electronic control circuits to dynamically steer and enhance the reflected 6G electromagnetic signals. The disclosed invention further employs a feedback mechanism for continuously evaluating communication performance and adapting the surface configuration according to changing wireless conditions. The system is capable of compensating for blockage, shadowing, multipath fading, interference, and signal attenuation while improving received signal strength, coverage, communication reliability, spectral efficiency, and energy efficiency. The invention is therefore suitable for deployment in 6G cellular networks, smart cities, indoor communication systems, industrial wireless networks, vehicular communication, IoT networks, and high-frequency wireless communication environments.
