Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The inteq?lay between structural vascular changes and the dynamic cardiovascular physiology is a significant clinical challenge because early observation of those at risk of heart attack is difficult to understand. This work talks about the shortcoming of unimodal diagnostic system by developing a common model that combines retinal relevant biomarkers with the cardiovascular signal patterns to better stratify cardiac risk. The retinal images are processed to get the vascular geometry and the optic structural features, and synchronized physiological signals give timely cardiovascular information. The feature-level fusion generates a holistic representation of health, that is, it represents not just the microvascular changes but also makes use of the systemic cardiac behavior. It is the case of unified representation which is utilized to create a predictive system that can identify high-risk individuals with remarkable accuracy. Large scale evaluation by experiment has shown significant improvement over unimodal strategies with good generalization on cross-validation. The suggested model provides a non-invasive, scalable system of individualized assessment of cardiac risk and facilitates preventive cardiology measures.e-newl
