Abstract: The present system discloses a Deep Learning-Assisted IoT Framework for Real-Time Audio and Video Signal Optimization employing an Adaptive Multimedia Enhancement Method (AMEM) and an Intelligent Quality Prediction Technique (IQPT). The framework integrates IoT multimedia devices, edge computing gateways, cloud analytics, and deep learning models to optimize audio and video signals in real time. The AMEM dynamically enhances multimedia quality through intelligent denoising, compression optimization, signal reconstruction, and adaptive filtering. The IQPT predicts future multimedia quality degradation using historical transmission data, network conditions, and user behavior analytics to proactively optimize streaming parameters. The invention enables low-latency communication, efficient bandwidth utilization, improved multimedia quality, and enhanced Quality of Service (QoS) across smart surveillance, telemedicine, industrial monitoring, autonomous transportation, and smart city applications. The framework provides scalable, secure, and intelligent multimedia optimization for next-generation IoT ecosystems.
