The invention synchronizes verified medical data and navigation details to the responder's dashboard while simultaneously establishing a live WebRTC peer-to-peer audio and video stream for situational awareness. The system includes an autonomous waterfall reassignment algorithm employing exclusion arrays to instantly re-route declined requests, and dispatches automated SMS alerts to trusted contacts.
