The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a decentralized plastic recycling system (100) with integrated processing units for efficient management of mixed plastic waste in remote or underserved locations. The system comprises a modular plastic recycling unit (101) housed in a mobile container, equipped with multiple processing modules including a plastic shredder (102), extruder (103), hydraulic press (104), injection molder (105), and sheet press (106). A hybrid power unit (201) capable of both on-grid and off-grid operation powers the system, while a control system (301) manages the operation of the processing modules. The system features a portable and self-contained design, integrated processing capabilities, and versatility in handling various types of plastic waste. This decentralized approach enables efficient plastic recycling operations in areas with limited infrastructure, reducing transportation costs and environmental impact while promoting local circular economy initiatives.
