The sensing modules acquire waste-related parameters including accumulated weight, fill level, gas-condition information, and visual waste characteristics. The acquired information is processed locally by the edge processing module (112), wherein the multi-sensor data fusion module (114) generates a consolidated waste-condition dataset. The waste hazard index computation module (118) generates a waste hazard index, and the operational stage determination module (120) classifies waste conditions into fresh, decomposition, or hazardous stages. The system enables autonomous waste-condition evaluation, hazard identification, and scalable decentralized waste management.
