Abstract: ABSTRACT: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for transformation-invariant audio authentication and decentralized royalty enforcement. The system embeds an inaudible frequency-domain signature containing encrypted ownership and rights metadata directly into psychoacoustically masked regions of a digital audio signal. The embedded signature is redundantly distributed across multiple non-contiguous temporal segments of the audio signal to ensure recoverability after common audio transformations, including trimming, cropping, pitch shifting, tempo modification, resampling, and compression. The system further extracts the embedded signature from transformed or derivative audio instances and converts it into a cryptographic representation that is validated against one or more distributed ledgers. Upon successful validation, the system deterministically triggers ownership verification and automated royalty or rights enforcement actions without reliance on centralized reporting systems or third-party platforms. The invention provides a decentralized, tamper-resistant, and transparent mechanism for audio ownership authentication and royalty enforcement without storing audio content or watermark payloads on-chain.
