The conversion mechanism (22) includes: an L-shaped displacement switching groove (40) that is provided to the guide member (18); a helical groove (52) that is provided to the piston member (20) and is inclined with respect to the axial direction; and a link pin (46) that is supported by the piston rod (14) and moves along the displacement switching groove (40) and the helical groove (52).
