The system (100) comprises a physiological signal acquisition module configured to acquire physiological signals represented by a physiological signal vector (St), a signal processing module configured to detect physiological deviations, and a semantic event validation module configured to transform the physiological deviations into semantic toxicity events (Et) through a finite-state machine comprising an idle state, a suspected state, a confirmed state, an escalated state, and a resolved state. A cycle-awareness module determines a chemotherapy cycle index (ct), and a structural control switching module selects one of a plurality of structurally distinct control functions according to the chemotherapy cycle index (ct). A toxicity risk computation module generates a toxicity risk score (Rt), and a latency estimation module generates a latency parameter (Lt). A latency-bounded intervention module compares the latency parameter (Lt) with a predefined maximum latency threshold (Tmax) and generates an intervention action.
