Abstract: An improved cybersecurity system and an associated method for providing secure access to an encrypted digital resource (102A) are provided. The method includes receiving a request from a user device (106) to access the encrypted digital resource (102A). Further, the method includes triggering a plurality of access parameter determining systems to obtain runtime access parameters from a plurality of independent information subsystems (114A–N), and generating a set of logical predicates. Furthermore, the method includes evaluating logical consistency among the set of logical predicates within a dynamic time interval. In addition, the method includes generating a consistency verdict based on the evaluation, and releasing a decryption key and enabling decryption of the encrypted digital resource (102A) only when the consistency verdict indicates absence of contradiction. Alternatively, the method includes denying access to the encrypted digital resource (102A) by withholding the decryption key when the consistency verdict indicates presence of contradiction. FIG. 1
