Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a cybersecure conveyor control system for validating network-originated operating commands in an industrial conveyor installation. The system comprises a conveyor frame supporting a conveying path for transported articles, a drive unit operatively coupled to the conveying path, a braking unit associated with the drive unit, an access guard arranged adjacent to the conveying path and having a guard sensor for generating a guard-state signal, and article-state sensors positioned along the conveying path for generating article-occupancy signals. A network command interface receives a signed operating command. A validation controller is operatively connected to the network command interface, guard sensor, article-state sensors, drive unit, and braking unit. The validation controller admits the signed operating command to the drive unit only after source authentication, command-sequence verification, and comparison with the guard-state signal and article- occupancy signals.
