Abstract: Cyber Uday is an AI-enabled cyber emergency response and financial protection system designed to assist users during cyber fraud, phishing, identity theft, account hacking, deepfake blackmail, synthetic media misuse, online extortion, and other digital threats. The system provides a unified platform through which a user can report a cybercrime incident, receive immediate digital first-aid guidance, activate financial protection support, route the case to an appropriate cyber authority, and track the reported case.The system includes a multilingual reporting module that allows users to submit cybercrime-related information through voice or text input in local or regional languages. An Edge-AI processing module processes the user input locally on the user device for language identification, speech-to-text conversion, translation, keyword extraction, incident detail extraction, and initial complaint structuring. The processed information is converted into a structured cyber incident payload containing incident category, evidence summary, suspected scammer details, financial exposure, location data, risk score, severity level, and recommended action priority. The system further includes a Bank Secured financial protection workflow configured to initiate a verified transaction hold request, account risk-lock request, fraud alert request, or financial protection request through an authorized banking or financial service interface. A digital first-aid and victim triage module provides immediate guidance to users affected by phishing, fraud, account compromise, deepfake blackmail, sextortion, identity misuse, or digital extortion. The cyber authority routing module routes the structured cyber incident payload to a suitable cyber cell, cyber authority, support team, or reporting channel based on location, incident category, and severity.The system may further include scammer alerts, cyber awareness content, reward-based digital hygiene activities, premium ethical hacker consultation, corporate cybersecurity collaboration, and VAPT support. Thus, the invention provides an integrated, privacy-focused, and user-friendly cyber emergency response ecosystem for reducing reporting delay, improving complaint quality, supporting financial protection, and assisting cybercrime victims during the critical stage of a cyber incident
