Abstract: The present invention relates to a cyber-threat intelligence and incident response appliance configured to receive, process, assess, and manage cyber incident information and associated digital evidence. The appliance comprises a communication interface assembly, an evidence acquisition unit, a preprocessing unit, a threat analysis engine, a risk evaluation unit, a forensic storage subsystem, an escalation control unit, an analyst command interface, and an administration control interface. The evidence acquisition unit validates received cyber incident information and generates a validated incident dataset. The preprocessing unit performs evidence- format-specific sanitization, normalization, integrity verification, and evidence descriptor generation to produce a preprocessed evidence dataset. The threat analysis engine generates consolidated threat information by correlating evidence-specific analytical results. The risk evaluation unit generates prioritized threat intelligence and an incident assessment record. The forensic storage subsystem generates and securely stores an encrypted forensic incident record, while the escalation control unit prioritizes incidents for analyst investigation.
