Abstract: The Cyber Immune Memory Engine (CIME) is a self-evolving cybersecurity system architected as an algorithmic equivalent of a biological immune system. Kernel- space sensors implemented using extended Berkeley Packet Filter (eBPF) technology monitor system-call, memory, and network activity with negligible latency. Upon detecting a behavioural anomaly, an agentic artificial-intelligence coalition comprising a Monitor Agent, an Analyst Agent, a Synthesizer Agent, and a Responder Agent is activated. The Analyst Agent reconstructs the attack pathway using a Graph Neural Network and encodes it as a high-dimensional vector embedding, which is compared against a Cyber Immune Memory Database to recognize mutated variants of previously encountered threats and instantly deploy a historical countermeasure. For a previously unseen, zero-day threat, the Synthesizer Agent employs a generative language model to synthesize a custom countermeasure, which is validated within an isolated sandbox by the Responder Agent prior to deployment. The resulting threat-countermeasure pair is permanently stored and disseminated, in privacy- preserving anonymized form, across a federated network of nodes, thereby establishing a continuously growing, collective cyber immunity.
