Abstract: Microscopy plays a vital role in education, medical diagnostics, biological research, and material analysis. However, conventional microscopes are often expensive, bulky, and require laboratory infrastructuie, making them inaccessible to students, -rural instimtinns, _ and low-resource environments. The Customized Microscope Using Mobile Phone is designed as a low-cost, portable, and userfriendly imaging system that converts a standard smartphone into a functional digital microscope. The system utilizes a customized optical lens module, controlled illumination source, and a mechanical mounting structure to achieve magnified visualization of microscopic objects using the smartphone camera. The device enables real-time viewing, image capture, video recording, and digital storage through the mobile phone interface. Its compact and lightweight design allows easy portability and field usage. The proposed system provides an affordable alternative to traditional microscopes for educational institutions, rural healthcare centers, field researchers, and student laboratories. In addition to affordability, the system promotes digital microscopy by enabling easy data sharing, cloud storage, and remote analysis. The design focuses on simplicity, modularity, and ease of assembly, making it suitable for academic projects, teaching laboratories, and low-resource research environments. The Customized Microscope Using Mobile Phone bridges the gap between expensive laboratory microscopes and basic optical tools by delivering a practical, accessible, and scalable microscopy solution.
