The system (100) includes an air concavity (104) in a central part of the midsole (100). The concavity (104) having an upper portion (106A) and a lower portion (106B), each of which comprising an arrangement of a plurality of magnetic materials (M1, M2, M3,…) of ‘like’ poles facing each other. An adjustable fastener (110) runs through eyelets (108) where the adjustable fastener (110) having a tension and slack controlled via a physical arrangement to adjust height of the concavity (104) to produce dynamic energy feedback to a wearer. wherein variation in height of the concavity (104) and cushioning in a membrane (112) due to flowable material customizable as per plurality of parameters provide dynamic energy feedback to the wearer to enable wearing the same mid-sole (100) for multiple physical activities.
