Abstract: [044] The present invention relates to a cultural intelligence-based organizational leadership decision support system configured to process organizational interaction data and generate context-sensitive leadership recommendations. The system includes at least one processor, memory, an organizational data intake module, data normalization layer, cultural-context mapping module, humanities knowledge model, leadership reasoning engine, ethical inclusion evaluation module, recommendation generator and feedback adaptation module. The system receives meeting transcripts, employee feedback, communication records, grievance data, role hierarchy information and organizational context data, converts the same into structured cultural intelligence parameters and evaluates leadership situations using humanities-derived interpretive reasoning. The system identifies hierarchy sensitivity, indirect communication, participation imbalance, conflict expression, trust risk and inclusion concerns, and generates explainable leadership action paths with cultural suitability and ethical alignment scores. Feedback from post-action outcomes is used to adapt the cultural- context model for future recommendations, thereby improving intercultural collaboration, ethical leadership, organizational trust and inclusive managerial decision-making.
