Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a CSI transmission method, terminals, network devices, a communication system, and a storage medium. The method comprises: according to a first reference signal, a terminal sends first CSI to a network device, the first CSI at least comprising a precoding matrix code (PMC) and rank indication (RI) processed on the basis of a model; and, according to a second reference signal, the terminal sends second CSI to the network device, the second CSI at least comprising a channel quality indicator (CQI), and the time domain position of the second reference signal being later than the time domain position of the first reference signal. In the method of the present disclosure, the terminal reports the different CSI in two steps according to the two reference signals having different time domain positions, and the CQI reported by the terminal in the second step is directly related to the PMC decoded by the network device, and is closer to a decoding result of the network device, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of the reported CQI.
