MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647084042 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy on July 08, 2026, for Csi Reporting Method, Apparatus And Computer Program.

Inventor includes Laddu, Keeth Saliya Jayasinghe.

The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: There is provided an apparatus comprising: means for determining a priority order between a first CSI report and a second CSI report that overlap each other, the determining based on a first priority value of the first CSI report and a second priority value of the second CSI report, wherein a priority value for a CSI report is calculated using a value of a parameter, k, for a said CSI report, wherein the value of the parameter, k, for a said CSI report is dependent on whether a said CSI report comprises a quantity that is associated with at least one of: measured RSRP or measured SINR, wherein the first CSI report comprises a first quantity, the first quantity being associated with a predicted measurement, wherein the first priority value is calculated using the parameter, k, for the first CSI report, wherein a value of the parameter, k, for the first CSI report is further dependent on whether a said CSI report comprises a quantity that is associated with the predicted measurement, wherein the value for the parameter, k, for the first CSI report is determined to be the same value as for a said CSI report that comprises a quantity that is associated with at least one of: measured RSRP or measured SINR. The apparatus further comprising means for transmitting, to a network entity, at least one of the first CSI report and the second CSI report based on the priority order that has been determined.
