A hole transport composition, the hole transport composition comprising: a hole transport material and a cross-linking agent, wherein the hole transport material comprises: a main chain and a side chain linked with the main chain of the hole transport material. At least one of the side chain of the hole transport material and the cross-linking agent has a mercapto group protected by a photo-degradable group; the photo-degradable group is removed under illumination to release mercapto groups, sulfur free radicals or sulfur negative ions; and the released mercapto groups, sulfur free radicals or sulfur negative ions are configured to crosslink the hole transport material with the cross-linking agent.
