Abstract: A cross-legged posture maintaining assistive device for mediation/yoga, comprising a C-shaped frame 101 constructed with multiple extendable rods 102, positioned around a user’s legs when user is sitting cross legged, a microphone 103 is integrated in the frame 101 for enabling user to provide input voice commands regarding requirement of support while performing a desired meditation/yoga, an imaging unit 104 integrated in the frame 101 to detect dimensions of user’s sitting base including legs and pelvic region, two electromagnetic springs 105 equipped with a locking arrangement 106, expands/contracts to secure frame 101 around user’s sitting base, a flap 107 provides support to user’s backside and spinal position, a Peltier unit provide an optimum heating/cooling effect onto user’s sitting base.
