Abstract: A crop sorting and bundling device comprising a rectangular base 101 having a conveyor belt 102 to convey crop on a plate 103 positioned on base 101 at an end of conveyor belt 102, an imaging unit to determine damaged crop, a telescopic gripper 104 mounted on base 101 through a primary ball and socket joint 105 to remove damaged crop from plate 103, a pair of L-shaped telescopic rods 106 attached through secondary ball and socket joints 107 on a slider 108 provided on base 101, ends of rods 106 are incorporated with C-shaped members 109 for forming bundles of crop between members 109, electromagnets provided at ends of members 109 to enable attachment of members 109 with one another, a roller containing a spool of string installed with a two-part circular slider 110 configured within members 109 to wrap crop held within members 109 by string.
