Abstract: Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence–based system and method for early and rare plant disease diagnosis. The system integrates hyperspectral imaging data and conventional visual imagery using the Hyperspectral Generative Adversarial Framework. The proposed framework employs generative semi-supervised learning and few-shot learning techniques to enable accurate disease detection under limited labelled data conditions. The system is capable of identifying early-stage and rare plant diseases by learning discriminative spectral–spatial features across multiple data modalities. The invention improves diagnostic accuracy, reduces dependency on large annotated datasets, and supports real-time decision-making for precision agriculture and crop health monitoring applications.
