Abstract: This cover fixing structure for an automatic tool changing device comprises a turret mechanism part that is capable of holding a plurality of tools of a machine tool, a back surface cover that protects a back surface side of the turret mechanism part, and a support member that is fixed to the turret mechanism part and that supports the back surface cover, wherein the back surface cover has a fixing part which is fixed to the support member and a contact part, other than the fixing part, at which the back surface cover contacts the turret mechanism part.
