Abstract: In response to the growing need for structured and timely medical support in sports environments, particularly in basketball teams, this project introduces CourtCare, an intelligent mobile-based Sports Injury Medical Management System. This iOS application is designed to assist team captains and sports doctors in efficiently managing player injuries, medical history, appointments, and treatment plans. CourtCare provides a centralized digital platform where captains can report player injuries, update medical histories, and book consultations, while doctors can review cases, monitor injury progress, and prescribe medical treatments. The system ensures secure role- based access so that only authorized captains and verified medical professionals can manage sensitive health data. The application improves communication between sports teams and healthcare providers, reduces manual documentation errors, and enhances the accuracy and speed of medical response. By digitizing sports injury workflows and maintaining structured medical records, CourtCare contributes significantly to improved player safety, faster diagnosis, and better treatment planning in sports healthcare environments.
