Abstract: [Problem to be Solved] To provide a coupling structure of a drive plate and a torque converter that can improve workability of coupling work of the drive plate and the torque converter while suppressing an increase in dimension in an axial direction of a power train composed of an internal combustion engine, a power transmission device, and a transmission. [Solution] An annular member (45) provided at an outer circumferential portion of a drive plate (14) includes a plurality of bolt coupling portions (45A) each having a screw hole (45b) into which a bolt (55) is screwed. A torque converter (13) includes a first guide plate (46A) having a notch portion (46a) through which the bolt (55) is inserted, and second guide plates (46B, 46C) each having a bolt hole (46d), all of which protrude to a drive plate (14) side from an outer circumferential portion of the torque converter (13) to abut on an outer circumferential surface (45a) of the annular member (45), and the bolts (55) that couple the first guide plate (46A) and the second guide plates (46B, 46C) to the annular member (45) of the drive plate (14) can be visually observed through an opening portion (12a) of a right case (12).
