Abstract: To provide a coupling structure of a drive plate and a torque converter that can improve workability of coupling work of a drive plate and a torque converter while 5 suppressing an increase in a dimension in an axial direction of a power train composed of an internal combustion engine, a power transmission device, and a transmission. [Solution] A drive plate (14) includes a disk portion (14A) that is coupled to a driven gear (28), a tubular portion (14B) that covers an outer circumferential portion of a torque 10 converter (13), and fastening holes (14a) provided in the tubular portion (14B); and the torque converter (13) includes first protruding portions (13A) that are provided at the outer circumferential portion of the torque converter (13) correspondingly to the fastening holes (14a), and coupled to the fastening holes (14a) by bolts (55). A right case (12) has an opening portion (12a) facing the torque converter (13) in a radial direction, and a bolt (55) 15 that couples the torque converter (13) to the drive plate (14) can be visually observed through the opening portion (12a) from outside the right case (12).
