MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647106082 A) filed by Bobst Korea Co. , Ltd. on September 03, 2026, for Counter Ejector For Box-Making Machine, And Ejection Method Using Same.
Inventor includes Chae, Hongmok.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to provide a counter ejector (1) for a box-making machine, and an ejection method using same, the ejector counting boxes (B) so as to stack, align and discharge a predetermined number of boxes. The present invention comprises: a stacking hopper (4) in which the boxes (B) supplied one by one by means of supply rollers (2) are blocked by a blocking plate (3), and then are dropped, aligned and stacked; an opening and closing means (5) provided at the lower portion of the stacking hopper (4) so as to be inserted therein and withdrawn therefrom in the horizontal direction; a lifting/lowering and transferring means (6), which is lifted and lowered at the lower end of the stacking hopper (4) such that, when the opening and closing means (5) is opened, the stacked boxes (Bp1, Bp2) are loaded thereon and transferred downward; a discharging and transferring means (7) formed such that the stacked boxes (Bp1, Bp2) transferred downward from the stacking hopper (4) by the lifting/lowering and transferring means (6) are loaded thereon and transferred forward; and a stacking guide means (8) which is inserted into the stacking hopper (4) and is vertically lifted/lowered such that the upper end of the stacked boxes (Bp1, Bp2) is pressed while a box (B) supplied through the top thereof is loaded, and which is lowered together with the lifting/lowering and transferring means (6), and thus while the stacked boxes (Bp1, Bp2) are maintained in an aligned state, the box (B) loaded and stacked at the top is transferred to the opening and closing means (5) at the lower portion of the stacking hopper (4). At this point, a plurality of effects can be expected, such as: a larger amount of boxes can be transferred and discharged by providing the opening and closing means (5) to be lifted and lowered while the stacking guide means (8) is simplified; and manufacturing costs can be reduced and operation reliability can be improved since the structure and operation of the ejector are simpler.
