Abstract: The proposed device discloses a cost-effective Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training system including an industrially available fabric-based cuff connected to a compact, rechargeable, batterypowered pneumatic control pod. The control module provides controlled pneumatic compression to the limb for low-load muscle activation. The wearable system operates through manual control with visual indication, ensuring simplicity and safety self-sufficiency on complex electronics or external software. This innovation is affordable, portable and suitable for post-surgery rehabilitation, sarcopenia and age-related muscle loss, peri- and menopausal muscle maintenance, physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, athletic performance training, home-based strength training, and users with joint pain or mobility limitations. The invention addresses the need for a simple and accessible BFR device for supervised rehabilitation and academic use.
