Inventors include Dhiraj Madhabhai Gondaliya; and Shailesh Navinbhai Gadhvi.
The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: Cost effective antioxidant for ultra-low sulphur gasoline fuel The present invention provides cost effective, nitrogen free, amine free, sulphur free antioxidant to produce oxidation stabilized ultra-low sulphur gasoline fuel using low-cost byproduct of phenolic derivatives. The present invention improves the oxidation stability and octane number of gasoline fuel and will not generate ammonia while using. It is also useful for ultra-low Sulphur gasoline fuel. The cost benefit analysis, performance test as antioxidant, solubility study, long term stability study, long-term effectiveness study and no harm test for gasoline properties conducted which have been found satisfactory as antioxidant as well as blending component for gasoline fuel. The present invention also provides very high value and safe industrial application for phenolic mixture hence valorizing the low-cost phenolic mixture generated as by-product.
