Abstract: ABSTRACT: Air pollution poses a serious risk to human health and the environment. However, traditional monitoring systems are often too expensive and complicated. This project creates an affordable, portable air quality monitoring system using a Raspberry Pi 4 combined with a special multi-sensor array. It measures CO2, CO, O2 as well as temperature and humidity and it can detect NH3, NOx, benzene, and smoke. The system processes analog sensor data through an ADS 1115 16-bitADC for highresolution digital conversion. An MCP6002 Op-Amp ensures precise oxygen level detection. The system uses the Random Forest algorithm method to review historical data, classify air quality levels, and accurately predict future pollution trends. It provides real-time monitoring and sends automated alerts through a local 3.5-inch TFT touch display and the Blynk loT mobile app. All data is synced to an Al Cloud for ongoing environmental analysis. This scalable solution is a user- friendly, low-power option for managing air quality in homes, schools, and smart city industrial applications
