Abstract: CosmoCLean is a cloud-based, multi-tier digital platform designed to bridge the gap between waste-generating citizens and NGO service providers for the intelligent management of unstructured urban waste beyond the operational jurisdiction of conventional municipal waste management systems. The platform architecture comprises a user-facing application layer, an NGO operational dashboard, a centralized logistics and data processing engine, and an administrative control panel. A weighted geolocation-based NGO allocation algorithm ensures optimal routing of waste collection requests based on proximity, availability, operational capacity, and waste-type specialization. Real-time GPS tracking provides end-to-end lifecycle visibility from request initiation to final disposal. A centralized analytics engine generates environmental impact indices, NGO performance metrics, predictive waste trend reports, and CSR compliance documentation. The platform sustains financial viability through a tri-stream revenue model comprising NGO partnership fees, corporate CSR integration, and tiered user subscriptions. All platform operations are secured through end-to-end encryption and multi-factor authentication mechanisms, with the system deployed on a horizontally scalable cloud infrastructure utilizing microservices architecture.
