Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-based system and method for predicting and optimizing customer perception associated with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The system acquires CSR initiative data and multimodal customer perception data comprising customer reviews, surveys, social-media interactions, ratings, engagement information, transactional data, and behavioral information. A data processing engine generates feature representations, while a customer segmentation engine identifies customer segments based on behavioral and CSR-related characteristics. A perception analysis engine determines sentiment, emotion, opinion polarity, perception intensity, and related attributes. A correlation engine identifies relationships between CSR initiatives and changes in customer perception, and a predictive analytics engine forecasts customer responses to proposed CSR initiatives. An impact scoring engine evaluates predicted outcomes, while a recommendation engine ranks CSR initiatives. A feedback module compares predicted and observed customer responses and adaptively updates predictive parameters, thereby enabling continuous optimization of CSR strategies based on actual customer perception.
