Abstract: A cord roll forming device, comprises a housing 101, an articulated arm 102 to access a cord’s free-end coiled over a motorized spindle 103, a slot 104 carved on a cylindrical member 105 via an extendable link 106 to engage the, a motorized sliding unit 107 to provide translation to the arm 102 during unwinding, a DC (Direct Current) motor to rotate the member 105 for coiling the cord over the member 105 in order to form a roll, an imaging unit 108 for detecting surrounding condition and monitoring operation, a cutter 109 to cut the cord as per user via a connected input means, and a pair of clamping unit 111 for gripping the roll, upon retraction of the member 105 and accessing a packaging strand from a chamber 112 for packaging the cord roll and storing in a box 113.
