Abstract: ABSTRACT Convex-Concave-Plano Lens Sample Holder Photometer for Scattering and Absorbance Measurement This photometric system is used for precise measurement of both light scattering and absorbance of a sample. It comprises a lens configuration [101] that includes plano-convex, concave, and convex-concave lenses with hollow centers to house the sample. The configuration dynamically alters the focal length and optical power based on the sample's optical properties, influencing light scattering and absorption. A sample holder with hollow lens interior [102] allows light to interact with the sample, causing changes in focal length and light transmission. Detectors [107] positioned around the lens assembly measure light intensity at various angles, capturing scattered and transmitted light to generate multidimensional data essential for absorbance profiling. The system incorporates light scattering [105] and absorbance measurement [106], adjusting focal length and light path to quantify analyte concentration. Integrated with IoT, VR, and AR, it enables real-time data collection, remote monitoring, and interactive visual exploration of the sample's light interaction for optimal analysis.
