Abstract: A convertible resting aid device for workplace, comprising a first platform 101 positioned on a ground surface for accommodating a user, a second platform 103 installed with the first platform 101 for providing support user’s back, a pair of inflatable members 104 installed on the first and second platform 101, 103 for providing comfort to the user, a microphone 105 positioned on the platform 101 for enabling a user to give voice commands, plurality of telescopically operated bars 106 configured underneath the second platform 103 to extend for lifting and accurately aligning the second platform 103 parallel to the first platform 101 for allowing the user to rest and take nap, a speaker 107 mounted on the platform 101 for generating audio alerts to wake the user and plurality of vibrating units 108 configured with the second platform 103 for generating vibrational sensations to reduce the strain of the user.
