Abstract: Abstract Controlled manufacturing of PCE water-reducing and crystalline hydration-retention cement The invention relates to controlled manufacture of a factory-integrated dual-functional hydraulic cement incorporating a polycarboxylate ether (PCE)-based water-reducing admixture and a crystalline hydration-retention admixture. The PCE-based admixture is incorporated at 0.10–0.90 wt.% and the crystalline admixture at 0.10–1.50 wt.% under controlled thermal conditions, with the cement temperature maintained below 60°C during incorporation. The constituents are homogenized for a controlled duration to obtain substantially uniform admixture distribution. In a preferred embodiment, each functional admixture is incorporated at approximately 0.50 wt.% and the incorporation temperature is maintained between 35°C and 55°C. The coordinated control of dosage, incorporation temperature and homogenization preserves admixture functionality and produces a factory-integrated cement having reduced water demand and sustained hydration characteristics, while reducing dependence on separate admixture addition during subsequent concrete batching.
