MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641112550 A) filed by Sanjeev Vemiredd on September 19, 2026, for Controlled Ai Agent Orchestration System For Auditable Regulated-Domain Tax Processing.

Inventor includes Sanjeev Vemiredd.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: An identity-governed artificial intelligence agent orchestration system for auditable regulated-domain tax processing is disclosed. The system comprises an orchestration engine that decomposes tax-processing requests into tasks assigned to individually identifiable artificial intelligence agents. An identity and authorization controller establishes task-specific authorization envelopes defining permissible resources, operations, jurisdictions, entities, and delegation scopes. A tax-context engine determines an applicable regulatory context, while a policy enforcement engine evaluates proposed agent actions before execution. Protected financial information is supplied through a controlled data-access gateway. Independent validation and selective human approval are applied to consequential processing operations. A delegation controller prevents privilege amplification between cooperating agents. A provenance engine generates linked evidence records associating agent identities, source-data references, authorization decisions, tax-rule versions, generated outputs, validations, approvals, and execution results. An audit reconstruction engine uses the evidence records to reproduce processing lineage, thereby enabling verifiable, policy-controlled, and auditable artificial intelligence- assisted tax operations across regulated computing environments.
