Abstract: The invention relates to a Knee Mobilizer which provides continuous passive motion (CPM) developed for patients recovering from post-Patellofemoral surgery. The device provides controlled, continuous passive motion to the knee joint through a motorized lead screw system, enabling flexion and extension up to 90°. The structure is compact, lightweight, and adjustable for various leg sizes. It is fabricated using a combination of stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium for durability and portability. The mobilizer incorporates a control unit for regulating motion parameters and ensures patient safety via integrated limit sensors. The design provides a cost-effective and ergonomically optimized rehabilitation solution suitable for both clinical and home-based therapy.
