Abstract: Abstract Context-aware pet escape detection and communication-controlled tracking system The present invention relates to a context-aware pet escape detection and communication-controlled tracking system. A positioning module acquires sequential geographical location samples of a pet, and a controller evaluates the samples relative to a permitted geographical region together with movement parameters to determine an escape condition. The controller transitions the system among operating states including normal monitoring, boundary-warning, escape-tracking, communication-loss, and reconnection states, and selectively controls location-sampling frequency, wireless transmission, trajectory storage, and visual monitoring. During communication loss, timestamped location samples are locally retained and subsequently transmitted upon restoration of connectivity. A visual monitoring module may be activated upon detection of an escape condition. The controller may further reduce energy-intensive visual monitoring when available battery energy falls below a predetermined threshold while maintaining location tracking. The architecture thereby provides context-dependent escape detection, communication management, and energy-aware pet monitoring.
