The peripheral edge of the first layer is adjoined to the peripheral edge of the second layer around a circumference, with a phase change material (PCM) between the first layer and the second layer. The bag member may further include a sealed first end (6) and an opening defined in a second end (7). In an alternative embodiment, the container comprises a bowl.
