The system (100) receives In-phase and Quadrature (IQ) data, determines a spatial window corresponding to a subject, and extracts a continuous phase signal via a complex conjugation operation to bypass explicit phase unwrapping. The system (100) generates a Hankel matrix representation by embedding the continuous phase signal within a sliding window to capture temporal dynamics. The system (100) extracts coherent oscillatory modes and filters specific eigenvalues to isolate respiratory components from motion artifacts. A temporal tracking operation evaluates time-frequency evolution to track non-stationary patterns. Therefore, the system (100) provides robust and computationally efficient physiological monitoring framework that enhances continuous remote healthcare operations and non-invasive physiological monitoring of a subject on resource-constrained edge devices.
