Abstract: The way people seek guidance has shifted considerably with the rise of social media. Influencers across fields like finance, fitness, business, and lifestyle now hold a level of trust with their audiences that was previously reserved for professionals and mentors. Yet despite this, getting a direct, personal response from an influencer remains nearly impossible for most followers. Comments get lost, direct messages go unanswered, and there is no structured way to arrange a proper one-on-one conversation. CONSULT PRO was built to address this specific problem. The platform allows influencers to set up consultation time slots and gives users the ability to browse influencer profiles by category, pick a slot that works for them, and send a booking request. Once the influencer accepts, the session is confirmed and tracked through the system. The system is developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the frontend, Java Servlets on the backend, and MySQL for the database. Building it was not straightforward — getting the JDBC connection working reliably between the Java layer and MySQL took considerable effort, and designing the booking and time slot logic required several rounds of revision. Both team members contributed to all parts of the project, from writing the SQL schema to designing the user interface. In its current state, the login and browsing features work fully. The booking flow is partially functional and remains an area for further development. Testing was carried out manually across the key modules. Future work includes completing the booking workflow, adding mobile support, integrating video calling, and eventually adding a payment system. The platform also maps to several UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly around quality education, reduced inequalities, and digital innovation.
