Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a connectivity-aware adaptive trust-based SOS transmission and validation system and method for mobile healthcare monitoring. The wearable sensor unit (102) supplies physiological data to an electronic device (104) executing a mobile healthcare application (200), wherein a hybrid AI engine (204) detects an abnormal health condition and an adaptive trust-based SOS engine (206) computes an SOS trust score from physiological, sensor-reliability, contextual, and communication-reliability parameters. A connectivity assessment module (208) evaluates real-time reliability of various communication channels over a communication network (110), and an adaptive multi-channel communication selection module (210) selects single-channel, sequential, or simultaneous transmission based on the trust score, severity, and channel reliability. An SOS validation and acknowledgment module (212) confirms delivery and retransmits via an alternate channel upon timeout, while a continuous monitoring and feedback module (216) refines the trust score model.
