The connecting structure (10) comprises: a guide sleeve (1), disposed on a seat body (30), wherein the guide sleeve (1) provides an accommodating space (11); a headrest rod (2), accommodated inside the accommodating space (11) of the guide sleeve (1) and capable of moving along the extension direction of the guide sleeve (1); and a magnetic connector assembly (3), comprising a male connector (31) and a female connector (32), wherein one of the male connector (31) and the female connector (32) is adapted to be connected to the guide sleeve (1), the other of the male connector (31) and the female connector (32) is adapted to be connected to the headrest rod (2), the male connector (31) and the female connector (32) can be magnetically and detachably connected, one of the male connector (31) and the female connector (32) is connected to a seat wire harness (41), and the other of the male connector (31) and the female connector (32) is connected to a headrest wire harness (42).
