Abstract: ABSTRACT CONFIDENCE-AWARE PASSBOOK INFORMATION RESOLUTION AND MINIMUM-INPUT BANKING FORM GENERATION SYSTEM A system (100) for generating a banking form (134) from a bank passbook includes a processor (102) and a memory (104) implementing a preprocessing module (106) that enhances a passbook image (136), an optical character recognition module (108) that extracts text elements with spatial coordinates and recognition-confidence values, and a field-value mapping module (110) that associates the text elements with customer-information fields. A confidence-aware validation module (112) assigns each field a verification state. A profile module (114) maintains an evidence-linked verified customer profile (116) storing each field with its verification state, confidence information, and source evidence. A minimum-input determination module (118) determines, for a selected banking service, a minimum additional information set of unverified, uncertain, unavailable, or conflicting service fields. A form generation module (122) populates the banking form (134), which is generated conditional upon each mandatory field satisfying a validation condition and no unresolved conflict remaining.
