Abstract: CONDENSER WITH A FASTENING ARRANGEMENT ABSTRACT Disclosed is a condenser with a fastening arrangement. The fastening arrangement is in the form of a plurality of locks (8). Each of the plurality of locks (8) placed at each end of the core support (5) is configured to restrict the movement of the core support (5) from the header plate (3) during brazing. The plurality of locks (8) provides a snap fitment of the core support (5) with the header plate (3) and restricts the reverse movement of the core support (5) from the header plate (3), which may lead to disassembly. Each of the plurality of locks (8) is made of aluminium. The fastening arrangement provides a cost-effective, simple, and robust design of the core support in the condenser, ensuring proper fitment of the core support in the header plate achieving zero rejections.
